Une chanson douce, jouée au piano. L’inspiration avouée pour cette chanson et le titre de 1968 “The Thief” de Can, que Radiohead a repris plusieurs fois en concert. C’est flagrant pour le fond musical :

Le groupe est de retour en studio, où il enregistre des chansons pour le prochain album depuis le 19 septembre.
Le 30, une photo du tableau des chansons répétées est posté sur le blog du groupe. On n’y trouve pas le titre « Go Slowly », mais en 17n le « surnom » que le groupe donne alors à la chanson « Can Stylee » (en gros : « à la manière de Can »). On comprendra ce titre plus tard, quand on entendra la chanson et qu’on comprendra qu’elle a quelque chose de « The Thief » de Can que le groupe avait d’ailleurs reprise plusieurs fois.

Nouvelle photo du tableau de répétition sur le Dead Air Space. Le groupe répète cette fois les chansons qui vont être jouées pendant la prochaine tournée. Cette fois, on trouve le titre « Go Slowly ».
