Le troisième concert de l’expédition américaine n°2 a eu lieu à Cuyahoga Falls (Ohio, à environ 200 km au Sud-Ouest de Detroit), au Blossom Music Center. La salle appartient à... Live Nation (et n’est pas desservie par les transports publics. Du tout.)

Radiohead y avait déjà joué en 2001 et 2003. Hier soir, c’était le retour, avec Grizzly Bear en première partie.

Morning Bell / All I need

Le site web local, cleveland.com, a fait un article sur le concert plein d’éloges : ils ont été épatés par Thom, souvent capable de donner des frissons à n’importe qui, et par les solos de Jonny sur PA ("six-string freak-out"), qui "ridiculisent les clichés habituels du solo de guitare".

Pour conclure : "Transcendence was the name of the game, and these cutting-edge seekers achieved it, song after song.", ce qui pourrait être traduit par : "On parlait là de transcendance, et ces chercheurs d’avant-garde y sont arrivés, chanson après chanson."
